Do I need a biometric machine?
No. RozMemo needs no hardware at all. Attendance is marked by tapping a name on your phone, so there is nothing to buy, mount, maintain or replace.

Can it handle daily-wage workers and salaried staff together?

Does it do PF and ESIC compliance?
No, and it is worth saying plainly. RozMemo covers attendance, wages, leave, advances and salary slips. Statutory payroll compliance still sits with your accountant.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You keep all forty days regardless of when you subscribe. When you do, Razorpay may take a small refundable amount of ₹1–₹5 to set up auto-pay; your first real payment is only taken at the end of the trial.
