What you’re signing up for

RozMemo is software for tracking staff attendance, calculating salary and advances, and generating salary slips for a single store or business. By creating an account, you agree to use it for that purpose, for your own business, and to enter employee data you’re authorized to hold as their employer.

Free trial

New accounts get 40 days of full access to every feature, with no card required to start. At the end of the trial, the account needs an active subscription to keep working; your data isn’t deleted, just paused, so subscribing later restores access.

Pricing and billing

The published price is ₹299/month, or ₹200/month when billed yearly, for one store with unlimited employees. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking) — RozMemo never sees or stores your card or bank details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing ykokate953@gmail.com. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

Refunds

Refunds are considered case by case — email ykokate953@gmail.com and explain what happened. There is no automatic refund on cancellation, but genuine issues are looked at individually. You will not be charged again after cancelling.

Your data

You own the business and employee data you enter into RozMemo. You can request an export or deletion at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and protected.

What RozMemo doesn’t promise

RozMemo is provided “as is.” As a small, actively-developed product, occasional bugs or downtime are possible; every effort is made to fix issues quickly and communicate them honestly. RozMemo isn’t liable for business losses arising from use of the app, beyond a refund of fees paid.

Changes

Terms may be updated as the product evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date above, and active subscribers will be notified by email where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
